You inherited the mission, and the people problems that come with it. No handbook, no handover notes, just whatever the last person left behind.

I build volunteer and member lifecycle systems for decentralised, multi-chapter organisations, so onboarding, recognition and handover stop depending on one overworked person and start running on structure instead of memory.

6 years in a movement spanning 31+ countries and 38,000+ members, the last three dedicated to serving as HR Lead and building our core people systems.

What I do

Organisations usually face one of three recurring problems. The work follows the same pattern: find where people fall through, design a process to catch them, then hand it over so it runs without me. This applies to volunteers, interns and paid staff because the people processes are the same.
