I had the pleasure of working with Ermal in his HR role at Volt Europa as well as throughout his different engagements with the organization. In his HR role, Ermal supported one of the most important and often least visible parts of a growing political organisation: its people!
HR in Volt means working across countries, legal systems, cultures, expectations and very different levels of organizational maturity. It also means balancing structure with care: making sure processes are clear and reliable, while never forgetting that behind every contract, recruitment process, performance conversation or difficult moment there is a person.
