The lifecycle is the whole path a person takes through your organisation, from first contact to the day they leave. Lifecycle work makes each step explicit. Who welcomes a new member. What happens in their first week. Who notices when someone goes quiet. What gets written down when a chapter lead steps down. Most volunteer-run organisations grew these steps rather than designed them, so a step that works in one chapter is missing in the next.

Decentralised, multi-chapter, volunteer-led organisations. NGOs, movements, federations and member associations. Some run a handful of local chapters. Others operate in more than thirty countries. I also help early-stage NGOs put a working back office in place. I do not work with general small businesses or startups.
-
No. Most of the organisations I work with have a few chapters and somewhere between a few dozen and a few hundred active people.

The work has the same shape every time. Find where people are falling through, design the process that catches them, then hand it over so it runs without me. What that looks like in practice is easiest to see in the real examples on the selected work page.

Something your own people can run without me in the room. Usually a written process with the steps, the roles and the triggers named, the forms or templates that carry it, and a session training the people who will own it afterwards. Where a tool is involved, it is set up in your accounts. All of it is yours to change once it is handed over.

There's no standard price, because a national youth org and a 30-country movement aren't buying the same thing. I quote a fixed, written price after we talk, scoped to what your organisation can actually carry. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no fee that only makes sense for organisations with a finance department.

I am based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and most of the work is remote. Remote delivery and in-person delivery in the Copenhagen area cost the same. Travel further afield is quoted with the trip included. I work in Albanian, Italian, English, Danish and Spanish.

Yes, and I would rather use what you have than move you.
