Most people running volunteer teams inherit a mess of half-finished folders, tribal knowledge in one person's head, and no time to fix either. I build the process that replaces both, then I leave, and it keeps working.

My promises
Five things I hold myself to on every project. They are specific on purpose, so you can hold me to them.
I make myself unnecessary. If the process only works while I am in the room, it did not work. Every project ends with a handover session and a written process your own people run without me.
I design the process, not the folder. Documents are not process. I define the order of steps, who decides at each one, and what triggers the next, so someone in week three reaches the same answer as someone in year three.
One journey for volunteers, interns and staff. They walk through the same doors, so every step I design is written to work for all three rather than for the payroll only.
Inclusion is a test I run, not a value I state. I check every step against the person with the least time, the least seniority and no fluent English. If a step only works for the confident insider, I rewrite it.
I only take what I can deliver. Tools come last, and I use tech and no-code builders only when they earn their place. If part of your project belongs with someone else, I will say so and help you find that person.
Where the experience comes from
None of this was the plan. I trained as a dental technician in Italy, then spent five years as a floor manager in a Copenhagen restaurant.
A bad Friday night teaches you more about holding a team together than any course I could have signed up for.
